Holding Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions so far...

 


I’ve been holding group breathwork sessions for a couple of months now and it’s incredible to think about that by consciously connecting to our breath, how much we have collectively shifted, let go of, released, embraced, connected to and so much more. 

As we’ve been coming out of the winter months and into spring there’s been a focus of themes around digging deep in the soil for our inner beauty that is beginning to stir, transforming like a butterfly and emerging slowly from our cocoons and then harnessing the power of nature’s elements and our breath to support us to release any layers that we no longer need. It really has been amazing.

Now it’s Beltane, Spring is at its height and the light is expanding towards the longest day. This transition in nature and from what I see within myself is a pull to reach towards the light now. Embracing the beauty that is appearing all around us, we have the power to fill ourselves up with this energy of light, renewal and growth and bring abundance into our lives. This will be the theme of the next sessions in May. I really hope that you can make it.

What are the benefits of Conscious Connected Breathwork – A self-care and self-healing practise:

There are some health conditions that this type of breathwork isn’t recommended for. I send information out about this before the session and I offer an alternative breathwork for anyone unable to do the full Conscious Connected Breathwork. Again you can contact me if you have any questions.
